Munch, munch, scrunch! That is the final line from Linus' Dinosaur Roar book. After I say, "Scrunch," I gobble him up. Linus has us read to him now. It started dramatically on Christmas day when he pulled a book off of his shelf and sat down with it and waited for me to read it to him. That had never happened before. His favorites are two books that have pages that slide out to reveal either birds or insects. We've been reading them over, and over, and over again. He also likes a book about babies getting ready for bed. He sometimes licks their faces.

Yay! That is an exciting milestone. You will always remember those books that you had to read over and over and over...until they mysteriously disappeared under the sofa.
