Last Friday Linus and I visited the Garden to see the staff unload a Uhaul truck filled with pumpkins. Their pumpkin fest got rained out the weekend before, so they were trucking the pumpkins into the city to try to sell at the Garden. Linus' favorite part was sitting on the golf cart while the pumpkins were loaded. He got lots of attention from Matthew's co-workers.
In the picture of Linus on the golf cart, he is saying, "Uh, oh!" because his shoe is untied. In the pumpkin photo, you can see the word "go." Go Rockies is spelled out in pumpkins because, yes, the Rockies are going to the World Series. I don't like watching baseball, but the city is very excited. And our Boston relatives are excited because the Red Sox are also going to the World Series.
