We had a fun morning watching Linus open and play with his gifts. His favorite toy today is the car garage toy that has ramps and an elevator. He was so excited about it and helped Matthew assemble it. He received a number of books, including a board book about Mzee and Owen, the tortoise and hippo that became friends. He had me read it to him twice in a row. At nap time he was visibly tired, but was trying so hard to keep playing.
The second picture is of Linus accompanying Lucero on the piano last night. Lucero is wearing the patchwork scarf I made for her.

Oh, how lovey--to play till exhaustion. What could be better? Merry Christmas to you all...and little Lucero!
Yay! Linus liked his book. I thought he would like that story.
